Twenty-seven years ago, John Alvarez entered the construction industry with a focus on the high-end residential sector. Over the decades, John and his expert team at John Casablanca Construction have built a reputation for delivering exceptional craftsmanship and thoughtful design. Bayron Alvarez - VP of Construction
At just 16, Bayron Alvarez began his journey in the construction industry, starting with a focus on construction estimating and quickly expanding into project management, site coordination, and overall project leadership. Over the years, Bayron has built a diverse portfolio across the light industrial, retail, religious, academic, and residential sectors, primarily supporting commercial general contractors. He is highly experienced in competitively estimating and managing new construction, additions, and alteration projects ranging from $25,000 to $12 million in value. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, Bayron excels at solving complex project challenges before work even begins, ensuring smooth progress from preconstruction through final delivery. He firmly believes that outstanding project outcomes rely not just on technical skill, but on maintaining strong, trusted relationships with subcontractors — a principle he upholds on every job to maximize performance, efficiency, and owner satisfaction.
