Bayron Alvarez - VP of Construction
At 16, Bayron Alvarez began working within the construction industry, working his way up the ranks. Bayron worked throughout the island, taking up construction estimating as his leading trade, focusing his efforts within the Light Industrial, Retail, Religious, Academic, and Residential sectors for Commercial General Contractors. Bayron is experienced in competitively estimating/bidding on new construction, addition, and alteration projects ranging between $25,000 - $12,000,000 in value. He is detail-oriented, solving most intricacies before the first shovel hits the ground. Bayron believes that providing the owner with the most excellent quality work is only feasible if subcontractor relationships are taken just as seriously as the owners. Therefore, he puts in great effort to maintain the relationships of his best subcontractors, leading to better overall construction performance and efficiency.
